Young has more than 30 years experience helping plaintiffs in personal injury cases in Bronx, Brooklyn, Long Island and throughout NY.  He received his J.D. from New York University in 1975 and his B.A. magna cum laude with departmental honors from Union College in 1972.  He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa, the nation's oldest academic honor society.  He has represented local municipalities as their counsel and acted as chairman of the Ethics Committee for the municipal Village of Lindenhurst.  He has handled multimillion dollar cases from intake to trial.

Mark. E Gelfand was admitted to practice law in New York in 1983.  He received his J.D. from St. John's University and his B.A. from Queens College of the City at the University of New York.  He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the New York County Lawyer's Association, the Suffolk County Bar Association, and the Nassau County Bar Association.

Robert T. Rinear, Jr.

Robert T. Rinear, Jr. received his J.D. from New York University and his B.A. cum laude from Union College in Schenectady.  He graduated from the Browning School as valedictorian and was commanding officer of the Knickerbocker Greys.  In 1976, he was admitted to practice law in New York.

Mr. Rinear has been chairman of the Nassau/Suffolk Big Brothers/Big Sisters program.

Leonard B. Symons

Admitted to practice law in 1969, Leonard B. Symons has been a New York lawyer for 40 years.  He earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 1968 and his B.A. from New York University in 1965.  Mr. Symons was the elected town Councilman for the town of Oyster Bay for 12 years. 

He is a member of the Former Assistant District Attorney's Association, the Nassau County Criminal Justice Coordinating Council, and the Board of Directors of the Suffolk County Matrimonial Bar Association.

David L. Young

Attorney David L. Young received his J.D. from New York University in 2008, where he was a CHRGJ International Law and Human Rights Fellow in 2006.  He earned his B.A. in Art History from Wesleyan University in 2003, after studying abroad in Paris, France and Amsterdam, the Netherlands.  He was admitted to New York in 2009. 

Mr. Young specializes in art law, intellectual property, contracts, estates, and related matters.
